Starting on Friday, August 19th, we will begin Weekly Friday Sparring Classes at 7:00pm.
Classes will be every Friday, at 7:00 pm, unless otherwise notified.
Classes will be available to all students who are interested. We will focus 100% on sparring techniques. All students will need to bring their sparring gear in order to attend class.
